If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our return and refund policy. This return and refund policy has been created with the help of the return and refund policy generator. The following terms apply to any product you have purchased from us.

Rights to cancel your order

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The time limit for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date You received the products or on which a third party You have nominated, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing: info@cityartprint.com

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment you used for your order, and you will not incur any charges for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns

For goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
The products are in the original packaging.
The following products cannot be returned:

The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only your regular-price order may be refunded.



Return of Products.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. We therefore recommend an insured and tracked courier service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of return received.



Gifts
If your products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the buyer had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the buyer.
