Once your order has left our warehouses, our logistics provider will send you an email with the information so that you can know the status of your order.

In order to make the delivery of the product as convenient as possible for the customer, deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer. In the event that the recipient is not at the delivery address, a note will be left to notify the delivery attempt and how to arrange delivery.

Please note that after 4 to 7 days from the first delivery attempt, and if a satisfactory delivery response has not been received, the order will be returned to origin. This entails a charge to the customer of 20 euros to cover transport and packaging costs due to reverse logistics.

It cannot be guaranteed that the shipment can be cancelled before it leaves the warehouse.
