Interpretation
Words whose initial letter is capitalized have defined meanings under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear singular or plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to CityArtPrint S.L.U, Carrer de Fiveller, 78, 08205 Sabadell, Barcelona.
- Products refer to items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request from you to purchase the product from us. The service refers to the website.
- The website refers to CityArtPrint S.L.U, accessible from https://cityartprint.com/
- You mean the person accessing or using the Service or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such person accesses or uses the Service, as applicable.
Your Purchase
If you wish to purchase any product or service available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, your credit card expiration date, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment methods in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you provide to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information to us, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties to facilitate the completion of Purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including the availability of the product or service, errors in the description or price of the product or service, errors in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order in case of suspected fraud or unauthorised or illegal transactions.
Returns and exchanges
We offer a 30-day refund upon receipt of the package if you change your mind. Christmas gifts can be returned/exchanged until January 31.
Items must be returned in their original condition and the original packaging intact or in a similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right not to accept returns that do not meet these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping. Please contact us at info@cityartprint.com. Before returning any item, indicate your order number and relevant contact information in the email.
Important
Returns and exchanges are made at your own risk (shipping costs are at your own expense). We can only offer you a 50% refund if any item arrives damaged.

Delivery with damage We do our best to ship your order safely, but if, for any reason, your order arrives damaged, please let us know immediately so we can help you resolve the issue. We always offer spare parts shipping for damaged items and, in some cases, additional compensation, but we do not offer a full refund. If you do not want us to send you a new product, please initiate a return process or agree otherwise.
